How long does the investment process take from first contact to commitment?
Typically 4–8 weeks from initial inquiry to signed term sheet, subject to due diligence completion. Our dedicated IR team will guide you through each step: introduction call, information memorandum, site visits, legal documentation, and funding.
Can I track my investment progress through an online portal?
Yes. All Doma investors receive access to our secure Investor Portal, which provides real-time project status updates, financial reports, milestone tracking, and direct communication with the project management team. Monthly reports are delivered automatically.
Do you work with international investors and institutions?
Absolutely. Doma has investors from 18+ countries including the UK, USA, Singapore, Germany, and across the GCC. We are fully DIFC and ADGM compliant and work with international legal and tax advisors to structure investments that are optimal for global investors.

We actively seek partners in real estate development, infrastructure contracting, renewable energy, PropTech, and healthcare. Our pipeline for 2025–2026 includes projects in KSA, Egypt, Kuwait, and Bahrain with partnership slots open in all categories.
